Service Description
“Stay in Your Place” is a digital, human-centric service by Ajman Chamber that brings the Chamber’s services directly to the beneficiary’s doorstep, with no need to visit service centers. It targets senior citizens, elderly residents, and people of determination to help them complete their economic transactions comfortably and privately.
Objective
Enable priority customer segments to obtain Chamber services smoothly through field teams that complete the entire transaction on site at the beneficiary’s location, with assured quality and digital documentation.
Service Procedure
- Customer requests the “Stay in Your Place” service via the unified call center 80070.
- The support team receives and records the request.
- The team contacts the customer to confirm details and the required service.
- An Ajman Chamber representative visits the customer to collect documents and fees.
- The representative submits the transaction to the competent department inside the Chamber.
- The representative receives the completed transaction and receipt.
- The representative delivers the documents to the customer and completes service evaluation on site.
