“Stay in Your Place” is a digital, human-centric service by Ajman Chamber that brings Chamber services directly to the beneficiary’s doorstep, with no need to visit service centers. It targets senior citizens, elderly residents, and people of determination to help them complete their economic transactions comfortably and privately.
Objective
Enable priority segments to obtain Chamber services smoothly through field teams that complete the entire transaction on site, with assured quality and digital documentation.
Service Procedure
- Customer requests the “Stay in Your Place” service via 80070.
- Support team receives and records the request.
- Team contacts the customer to confirm details and required service.
- Chamber representative collects documents and fees from the customer.
- Representative submits the transaction to the competent department.
- Representative receives the completed transaction and receipt.
- Representative delivers documents to the customer and completes service evaluation.
