‏Ajman Chamber Enhances Its Institutional Excellence With Two Iso Certifications In Competence And Knowledge Management

Ajman Chamber has obtained two ISO certifications in competence management and people development, ISO 10015, and knowledge management, ISO 30401, in an achievement that reflects the Chamber’s commitment to developing its institutional operating framework, enhancing human resources efficiency, and strengthening knowledge management and knowledge-sharing within the workplace. His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Nuaimi, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ajman Chamber, received the two certifications at the Chamber’s headquarters, in the presence of His Excellency Salem Al Suwaidi, Director General of Ajman Chamber; Kulthum Al Asam, Director of the Human Resources Department; and Faisal Ismail Al Khouri, Director of the Strategy and Future Department. His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Saqr Al Nuaimi commended the Chamber’s achievement, affirming that the two certifications embody Ajman Chamber’s approach to building an advanced institutional system founded on efficiency, knowledge, and investment in people. He stated that the Chamber’s attainment of the ISO certifications in competence and knowledge management reflects its success in developing institutional work methodologies and supporting the capabilities of its personnel in development and innovation. This aligns with the objectives of Ajman Vision 2030 to build capabilities that can keep pace with the Emirate’s aspirations and strengthen leadership in government performance. For her part, Kulthum Al Asam stated that the ISO 10015 certification reflects the Chamber’s application of a clear methodology for competence management and employee development through identifying training needs, linking them to institutional objectives, monitoring the impact of development programmes, and measuring their effect on employee performance. She explained that applying this standard establishes an integrated employee development system based on operational needs and training outcomes, supporting performance efficiency and enhancing the readiness of work teams. She added that the ISO 30401 Knowledge Management certification strengthens the Chamber’s efforts to document, preserve, and share accumulated knowledge and expertise, ensuring ease of access and utilization across different areas of work. It also transforms individual expertise into sustainable institutional knowledge that supports decision-making, encourages innovation, and enhances business continuity and performance efficiency.
