Ajman Chamber has organized a training program titled “Crisis Management and Business Continuity” for its employees, with the aim of raising awareness, developing capabilities, enhancing skills, and strengthening preparedness to ensure operational continuity and achieve institutional efficiency in line with best practices. The training program covered several key pillars, including “Risk Management and Business Continuity Culture,” “Developing Skills for Dealing with Emergency Situations,” and “Enhancing the Ability to Make Appropriate Decisions.” Kulthum Al-Asam, Director of the Human Resources Department, said: “Ajman Chamber places great importance on developing the capabilities of its employees through a specialized training plan that contributes to enhancing awareness, readiness, and skills that support the journey of institutional excellence in accordance with best practices.” She emphasized that organizing the “Crisis Management and Business Continuity” program forms part of Ajman Chamber’s ongoing efforts to promote a proactive culture and effective risk management, while empowering employees with the knowledge and tools that support business continuity and improve efficiency.
