As part of its ongoing efforts to promote digital transfor-mation and adopt modern AI solutions in the workplace, the Ajman Chamber organized a digital empowerment ses-sion titled "Microsoft Copilot Chat & M365 Copilot", held in collaboration with Netwise Services and Consulting. The session aimed to support and develop the skills of the Chamber’s employees and enhance productivity and or-ganizational performance. Kaltham Al-Asm, Director of Human Resources, explained that the session focused on introducing participants to the key capabilities of generative AI and reviewing the practical applications of Copilot tools in completing daily tasks, ana-lyzing data, preparing content, streamlining procedures, and accelerating access to information, which positively impacts the quality and efficiency of services provided to clients. "The Ajman Chamber is committed to continuing to invest in digital transformation and developing the skills and ex-pertise of its workforce, given the importance of AI tech-nologies as key drivers of institutional development and the sustainability of excellence in the coming phase," said Al-Asm.
