In an achievement reflecting a commitment to digital transformation and the objectives of the ‘Zero Government Bureaucracy’ program, Ajman Chamber has achieved a comprehensive digital transformation in managing its financial transactions. In collaboration with Emirates NBD, Ajman Chamber has fully automated 100% of its expenditure transactions. Maryam Al Shehhi, Director of the Financial Resources Department at the Ajman Chamber, stated that this digital transition has streamlined procedures from six steps down to only three, while reducing transaction processing time by up to 50%. This has accelerated completion rates and enhanced the overall quality of financial performance. She emphasized that the adoption of smart financial systems contributes to building an integrated electronic ecosystem. This system accelerates data flow, minimizes errors, and supports more effective decision-making, while simultaneously increasing satisfaction levels among both suppliers and customers.
