Ajman Chamber participated in the "Social Impact Summit 2025," an event organized by the National Fund for Social Responsibility (CSR UAE Fund) "MAJRA". Representing the Chamber at the summit was Nasser Al Dhafri, Chairman of the Ajman Sustainable Impact Committee and a member of MAJRA's Advisory Committee. The Summit, held in Abu Dhabi, witnessed a significant turnout of leaders and officials from government entities, the business sector, civil society, academics, representatives of non-profit organizations, social enterprises, youth leaders, people of determination, and innovators. Nasser Al Dhafri confirmed that the Summit saw broad participation from both institutions and individuals, providing an interactive platform to review the current state and latest developments in social responsibility and to identify best practices. He highlighted the importance of the Summit's timing, noting its occurrence at the conclusion of the Year of Community and the start of the Year of the Family. He emphasized its role in formulating practical recommendations that contribute to effectively measuring social impact, thereby supporting the achievement of the nation's objectives in this domain. The Summit's agenda featured several key sessions, including "The Macro Frame: Setting the CSR Stage", which discussed the social responsibility framework in the UAE and the necessity of integration between the business and humanitarian sectors; "Creating the Impact Economy: Partnerships for Good & NPPs", which focused on priority national partnerships and projects, as well as Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria; "Measuring Impact: From Intent to Accountability", a dedicated session focusing on effective methodologies for impact assessment; and "The Future of CSR & Shared Value", which explored business opportunities and the role of innovation and collaboration in enabling companies to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
