During its participation in the Ajman Government pavilion at GITEX Global 2025, the Ajman Chamber launched the “Stay in Your Place” service—an innovative initiative designed to support senior citizens and people of determination by delivering services directly to their locations. This service highlights Ajman Chamber’s commitment to offering sustainable solutions that address community needs, improve customer experience, and serve all social groups. Fatma Al Awadhi, Director of IT Department and Head of Ajman Chamber’s team at GITEX 2025, explained that “Stay in Your Place” aims to provide Ajman Chamber’s services directly to customers, enhancing their experience through a flexible field service tailored to senior citizens and people of determination. The service has also been extended to assist individuals with temporary health conditions, reflecting Ajman Chamber’s dedication to helping those facing mobility challenges or unfamiliarity with service procedures—ensuring comfort, privacy, and efficiency. The initiative also improves service performance and shortens completion times through the use of a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and smart scheduling of visits, in partnership with the Ajman Contact Center. Al Awadhi added that “Stay in Your Place” strives to maintain high service standards, including responding to over 90% of requests within 24 hours and completing 95% of services within the specified timeframes. This commitment guarantees prompt service and an excellent experience for senior citizens, people of determination, and those with temporary health conditions. She concluded, “Ajman Chamber is committed to participating annually in GITEX as part of the Ajman Government pavilion to showcase its latest innovative services, stay updated on global technological advancements, explore partnership opportunities, and exchange expertise and best practices with government entities and leading organizations in modern technology and artificial intelligence.
