The Saudi-Emirati relationship is a reference model for Gulf-Arab joint endeavor as it aspires to strategic goals supporting the path of development, prosperity, and preeminence, in addition to maintaining unity, enduring bonds, and deep relationships." This is clearly reflected in the economic cooperation between the two nations, as the Kingdom was ranked the third global trading partner and the foremost Arab partner for the United Arab Emirates in 2024, whereas the UAE secured the rank of the second-largest global trading partner and the foremost Arab partner for the Kingdom in the non-oil trade sector.
