Ajman Chamber Organizes "Workplace Burnout" Program For Its Employees

To raise awareness about the importance of work-life balance, identify stress management techniques, enhance the quality of professional life, and increase happiness and positivity, Ajman Chamber has organized a "Workplace Burnout" program for its employees. The program covered several key themes: the concept of workplace burnout, methods for achieving work-life balance, early signs of professional burnout and prevention, strategies for dealing with work pressures, and fostering a culture of mental health in the workplace. Held over two days at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel, the program saw excellent engagement from employees and included interactive workshops and practical advice to promote mental well-being and achieve happiness in the work environment.
