Ajman Chamber has organized the "Official Spokesperson" training program for its employees, aiming to enhance human resource efficiency, develop media skills, strengthen institutional communication, and improve employees' ability to represent Ajman Chamber effectively and professionally in the media. The program was delivered by Dr. Noura Alqaseer at the Ajman Youth Center, with the participation of Ajman Chamber's staff. It addressed key topics including the concept of the official spokesperson, effective communication skills, media engagement, and public speaking techniques. The program is part of the Ajman Chamber’s training plan to qualify and develop job competencies while enhancing employees’ leadership and media skills. It aims to empower them to assume the role of official spokesperson, positively reflecting on Ajman Chamber’s institutional image and improving its communication with the business community and media entities. Ajman Chamber adopts an annual training plan aligned with career development needs, focusing on building specialized and leadership skills to prepare its workforce to meet Ajman Chamber’s aspirations and achieve its strategic objectives within an innovative and motivating work environment.
