As part of the efforts of the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) to enhance its proactive efforts in developing its services and projects, the Future Foresight Team at the Ajman Chamber intensifies its periodic meetings to develop a sustainable methodology enhancing the proactivity and supporting the creativity and innovation environment in the Ajman Chamber with a view to improving the business environment and supporting the economic competitiveness and investment attractiveness of the emirate of Ajman. Eman Al Shamsi, Director of the Development and Innovation Department and Head of the Future Foresight Team, confirmed that the Ajman Chamber is diligently seeking to monitor and implement the best local and international applications and practices in the field of foreseeing the future to ensure the achievement of the Ajman Chamber’s objectives aiming to serve member establishments; provide proactive services that exceed the expectations of its members and enhance their contribution to economic development; and harness digital transformation and data management to achieve added values to the Ajman Chamber’s production and indicators, and the sustainability and growth of private sector businesses. She also stated that the Ajman Chamber has developed a set of indicators concerned with foreseeing the future in line with its strategic plan, and prepared a study to explore potential challenges and develop appropriate solutions for them. In addition, it has developed a set of initiatives and projects to keep pace with future changes and contribute to preparing a sustainable infrastructure for the Ajman Chamber that supports business continuity and provide services. Al Shamsi praised the efforts of the Ajman Chamber and its keenness to enable its human cadres to keep abreast of future changes affecting economic development and the application of future foresight tools and long-term strategic planning to raise the Ajman Chamber's readiness to address with changes and challenges. She explained that the Ajman Chamber depends directly on encouraging its employees, business owners, and community members to share their innovative ideas and proposals, design future services, and monitor available opportunities in order to achieve the Ajman Chamber's values based on leadership, innovation, proactivity, flexibility, and participatory.
