The Ajman Business Women Council, affiliated with Ajman Chamber, is participating in the Government of Ajman’s “Our Summer is Happiness” summer programme and the “UAE Summer” programme by organizing a diverse package of events and workshops aimed at empowering young women in industry and entrepreneurship, and enhancing their skills in using artificial intelligence tools. Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Board Member of Ajman Chamber and Chairwoman of the Ajman Business Women Council, emphasized the importance of concerted efforts to enhance young women's readiness by equipping them with the skills and knowledge that enable them to keep pace with future requirements, and to prepare a generation capable of creating opportunities while remaining rooted in its national identity. She said that the participation of the Ajman Business Women Council in the “Our Summer is Happiness” and “UAE Summer” programmes aims to develop participants' skills and capabilities, enhance their self-confidence, and support their aspirations in the fields of industry, innovation, and entrepreneurship, thereby helping build a creative generation capable of supporting economic development. She stated that the Council was keen to diversify its training programs, which included organizing two workshops on how to effectively use artificial intelligence tools, in addition to a range of specialized workshops under the Industrial Empowerment Program for Young Women, including the "Brand Building Workshop, From Seed to Table Workshop, Business Model Canvas, Talent and Innovation Workshop, Confidence and Entrepreneurial Skills Workshop, Sweet Creations Workshop, and Perfume-Making Workshop." Dr. Amna Khalifa commended the efforts of the higher committees of both the "Our Summer is Happiness" and "UAE Summer" programs, and the distinctive and diverse programs and activities they offer for children and youth, given their role in making productive use of their time, enhancing their readiness for the future, and instilling national identity and community values in them. She affirmed that these initiatives create a stimulating environment for discovering talents and developing skills, while providing participants with specialized knowledge and practical expertise, thereby helping to unleash their creative potential, strengthen their spirit of initiative, and prepare them to contribute effectively to the development journey.
