She highlighted the sector’s potential to diversify income sources, strengthen food security, and develop smart agricultural solutions based on advanced technologies and efficient resource utilization. She stated: "AJBWC is keen to intensify its cooperation with specialized expertise houses in agricultural development in order to provide programs and initiatives that empower women to establish successful agricultural projects and contribute to sustainability and support the local economy. This is in addition to offering training and awareness platforms that enhance the capabilities of women entrepreneurs and strengthen their readiness to confidently enter this vital sector." Dr. Khalifa further explained that AJBWC is implementing the ‘Plant and Reap’ initiative through the establishment of cooled plastic greenhouse farming projects and by supporting women in producing organic agricultural crops in a suitable environment throughout the year.
