Ajbwc Holds Its Fourth Board Meeting For 2025

Ajman Businesswomen Council (AJBWC) held its fourth board meeting for 2025, chaired by Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Chairwoman of AJBWC, to discuss and approve AJBWC’s strategic and operational projects for 2026. The meeting also reviewed the range of services and initiatives supporting businesswomen and AJBWC members and examined the plan for local and international participations for the upcoming year. The discussions aimed to strengthen the role of women in promoting economic development and enhancing the competitiveness of female entrepreneurship. The meeting was attended by AJBWC board members and staff, both at the AJBWC headquarters and via remote video conferencing. Dr. Khalifa welcomed the members and commended the continuous support of the Ajman Chamber for AJBWC’s efforts and initiatives, emphasizing that AJBWC aligns its projects and initiatives with the directives of Ajman and the UAE. She affirmed that AJBWC is commdevelopment andng initiatives with sustainable social and economic impact, coinciding with the Year of the Family, aimed at supporting family stability, enhancing its role in economic development, and enabling businesswomen to balance the demands of work and family life. The meeting reviewed AJBWC’s achievements for 2025, highlighting the key initiatives and programs implemented during the past period. The minutes of the third board meeting were also approved, and several agenda items were discussed to support the achievement of strategic objectives and enhance AJBWC’s institutional performance. AJBWC then discussed its strategic plan for 2026, focusing on two main programs. The first, titled “Integration for Industrial and Productive Entrepreneurship,” aims to empower businesswomen to enter the industrial and production sectors, enhance their competitiveness, and support the establishment and development of sustainable projects with added value. This will be achieved through specialized training programs, feasibility studies, and building effective partnerships with government and private entities involved in industrial empowerment, in line with the UAE’s directives to support national industries. The second program involves the launch of the AJBWC online platform, designed to provide a comprehensive digital window for AJBWC services, enhance communication with businesswomen and members, and facilitate access to programs, initiatives, and available opportunities. The platform aims to improve service efficiency, expand the beneficiary base, and support digital transformation according to best practices. Dr. Khalifa confirmed that AJBWC continues to implement its distinguished projects and initiatives, including “Rufof, Ryouqi (My Breakfast), Plant and Reap, the Sports Platform, ZAAM, Nashee, Sayarati, the Summer Program, and Feasibility Studies”, alongside the launch of the “Masaa” membership program, dedicated to social and industrial entrepreneurship. These initiatives diversify AJBWC’s programs and support the empowerment of businesswomen across various sectors.
