Ajman Business Women Council organized a discussion session titled "The Role of Franchising in Supporting Business Success," in cooperation with the Franchise and Trademark Association (TAGMOA), aiming to highlight the importance of Franchising as an effective tool in the growth and sustainability of small and medium enterprises and the expansion of trademarks. Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Chairwoman of the Ajman Business Women Council, chaired and moderated the session with the presence of Mohamed Al Madani, Chairman of TAGMOA, members of Ajman Business Women Council, and a group of entrepreneurs at Al Safia Council, Ajman. In the beginning, she welcomed the attendees and stressed the importance of the session in raising awareness of investment opportunities through franchising and introducing the practical steps to start a successful project with that tool, in addition to discussing successful experiences and inspiring stories in this field. The session came within the Council's vision to empower women economically and support their engagement in innovative and profitable business sectors. She added, "The opportunities provided by the franchise sector are unique and significant, allowing entrepreneurs to be engaged into projects based on successful and proved models, minimizing risks and enhancing the chances of success and rapid growth." Additionally, Dr. Amna Khalifa pointed out that the Ajman Chamber was one of the first entities to pay special attention to the development of this vital sector through launching unique initiatives and organizing events and exhibitions that support franchising and promote awareness of its economic importance. She also highlighted that the Ajman Business Women Council seeks to encourage women to make use of these opportunities and provide the necessary support to enable them to enter the world of franchising with confidence, knowledge, and professional readiness in cooperation with the Franchise and Trademark Association (TAGMOA). The session included two presentations provided by Mr. Sultan Al Muhairi, Executive Director of TAGMOA and Salma Almansoori, Deputy Executive Director of TAGMOA. Finally, the attendees and businesswomen members of the Ajman Business Women Council were invited to register in TAGMOA and benefit from a free membership for one year and take advantage of the services and programs provided by the Franchise and Trademark Association.
