Procedures to Obtain the Service
  1. Submit the application through available channels (call – website). Contact the customer to confirm the appointment and location. Attendance of the field employee at the customer's location. Complete the transaction and collect fees (electronically or in cash if electronic payment is not possible).
Required Documents
Emirates ID of the customer. Any additional documents depending on the required Service Type

  • The establishment must be registered with Ajman Chamber with valid membership. The applicant must belong to one of the following categories: 1. Senior citizens. 2. People of determination. 3. Special cases unable to reach service delivery centers.
