This package includes a range of legal services provided by the Chamber, aimed at resolving commercial disputes in which one of the parties is a member of Ajman Chamber. These services are provided through effective means, with the assistance of the Chamber's legal advisors, in order to reach an amicable settlement between the parties

Required Documents

a. The commercial license of the party applying for mediation (mandatory), along with at least one of the following documents: 1. Invoices 2. Purchase Orders 3. Delivery Bonds 4. Correspondence between the parties 5. Contracts or Agreements 6. Account Statement 7. Quotations 8. Documentary Letter of Credit (if any) 9. Shipping Documents / Bill of Lading (if any) B. Additional documents, as applicable: 1. Authorization Letter or Power of Attorney to register the application (for a legal representative) 2. Ajman Chamber Membership Certificate (if any)

Application for resolution of a dispute on an amount exceeding AED 50,000 up to AED 100,000 for members and non-members = AED 500 3. Application for resolution of a dispute on an amount exceeding AED 100,000 for members and non-members = AED 1,000
