Log in to your account through the Ajman Chamber e-portal, select “Link Account to Existing Company Membership,” and enter the company details, including the membership number, to submit the linking request. Once the information has been verified, the membership will be linked to your account, allowing you to benefit from all Ajman Chamber e-services.

This service enables customers to resolve commercial disputes amicably with the help of legal advisors at the Chamber.

1. A copy of the arbitration agreement or the contract that is the subject of the dispute.

2. Statement of claim, including a description of the dispute and the claims.

3. Supporting documents relevant to the claim.

4. A copy of the applicant’s Emirates ID or passport (for individuals), or the commercial license (for companies).

5. Power of Attorney for the legal representative, if applicable.

Commercial disputes are resolved by arbitration tribunals established for this purpose. The tribunals issue final and binding awards for all parties.

Exporting goods requires obtaining a Certificate of Origin via the Chamber’s website, mobile app, or in person.
