Establishment

• In 2004, His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council of the Union and Ruler of Ajman, may Allah protect him, issued Amiri Decree No. (6) of 2004 concerning the Regulation of Ajman Centre for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration, pursuant to which a permanent centre for commercial conciliation and arbitration was established at Ajman Chamber.
