Service Guideline

Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Membership Registration Requirements, Documents required for the initial approval

First: Sole Proprietorship (New)

  1. A letter from Ajman Municipality, Department of Commercial licenses.
  2. Fill and Sign the membership Registration form the membership by the owner.
  3. Fill and sign the commercial Registration form by the owner.
  4. Copy of the Municipality trade license.
  5. Copy of the owner's national ID or Passport.
  6. Copy of the Chamber's receipt.

Second: Registration of New Companies

  1. Fill and Sign the Membership Registration form by the Director.
  2. Copy of the ID or Passport of Partners.
  3. A letter from Ajman Municipality, Department of Commercial licenses.
  4. Copy of the Chamber's Receipt.
  5. Copy of the Electronic Dirham for the Company Memorandum of Association (Ministry of economy fees).
  6. Company Memorandum of Association attested by the Public Notary (original and copy).

Third: Companies Registered in other Emirates (Branches)

  1. A letter from Ajman Municipality, Department of commercial licenses.
  2. Fill and Sign the Membership Registration form by the director.
  3. Copy of the Municipality trade licenses.
  4. Copy of the Chamber's receipt.
  5. Copy of the memorandum of Association Of Mother Company. (Head quarter) Company.
  6. Copies of Commercial license, Chamber's membership, Commercial Registry of the mother company (Head quarter).
  7. Copy of ID or Passport of Partners.

Fourth: Companies Registered Abroad

  1. Ministry of Economy approval.
  2. Copy of the delegation letter from the mother company and the company Memorandum of Association.
  3. A letter from Ajman Municipality, Department of commercial licenses.
  4. Copy of ID or Passport.

Fifth: Documents required for the Amendment of companies

  1. The Memorandum of Association amendment addendum duel attested.
  2. The General Assembly minutes of meeting.
  3. Capital amendment requires a bank certificate or a certificate from the audit company indicating the amendment.
  4. Chamber's receipt of amendment fees.
