Training Empowering Excellence
The training and development center was established during the month of April 2008 .The center is a real translation of the aspirations and directions of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry towards investing in human resources , recognizing the importance of human element in contributing effectively in the overall development of the country
Objectives of the Center:
• Preparation of annual plans for training and rehabilitation with the clarification of objectives and desired outcomes
• contribute to raising the performance level of human resources in the chamber and local government institutions, through training programs and courses that keep pace with the times.
• Closer links between the Chamber and the community.
• Training trainers who excel in different fields of training in the country.
• Providing support and assistance to all functional levels for the development of management and leadership skills through the organization of specialized management courses.
• Provide advice and career guidance in order to overcome the difficulties of work and career planning.
• Provide opportunities for communication and innovation through participation in training programs and discussion panels.
• provide an appropriate environment to encourage continuous self-learning.
• Assist staff to acquire the knowledge and skills that help them perform their job duties efficiently to contribute to the achievement of agreed targets.
• Seeking to raise awareness to create a professional cadre able to train and rehabilitate himself.
• raise awareness of the importance of training and organization of training activities tailored to the needs of all staff
