Directions and guidelines to the membership of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry
Firstly : Individual Enterprises (new) :

Complete the prescribed membership application forms and get the same signed by the sponsor or the authorized manager.

The provisional license issued by the Municipality.

Copy of the sponsors passport.

Copy receipt showing payment of the chamber fees.
Secondly :
In case of registering incorporations Follow the same procedures as shown above + copy of the receipt showing the payment of the fees to the Ministry of Economy and trade.
Thirdly :
In case of companies registered other Emirates: Follow the same procedures as shown above + copy of the Partnership Agreement + Copy of the trade registration of the main branch only.
In case of companies registered abroad ( outside the country) Follow the same procedures as shown above + any document proofing the registration of the same with the Ministry of Economy and Trade.
Document required to obtain the trade registration:
Firstly : Individual Enterprises (new) :

Copy of receipt showing payment of the chamber fees.

Complete the prescribed trade registration form duly signed.

Copy of the provisional license issued by the Municipality.
Secondly : Companies :
Limited Liability Companies :

The prescribed trade registration forms.

Copy of the receipt showing payment of chamber fees.
-
Duly attested Partnership Agreement + copy of the same.

Copy of Municipality license.
-
A certificate from a bank or from the external auditor stating the capital of the company which shall not be less than AED 150000 for commercial companies and AED 250000 for factories ( two copies one for the Chamber and the other for the Ministry of Economy).

Copy of the receipt showing payment of the fees of the Ministry of Economy.
Other Companies :
(like Partnership in Commendams or Joint Liability Company) , shall follow the same procedure as above except the item before the last one. Renewal cases:
Copy of the receipt shoeing payment of the chamber fees + the prescribed information form.
In case of Service or Business Partnerships, the following procedures shall be followed:

The prescribed membership form.

Receipt showing payment of chamber fees.

Copy of passports.
-
Services Agent or Business Partnership Agreement.
Documents required in case of amending the situation of companies:

Duly attested amendment addendum.
-
Minutes of the General Assembly.
-
Changing the capital shall require a certificate from a bank or the external auditor acknowledging such a change.
-
Receipt showing the payment of the changing fees for the chamber.
