Chamber's training center has been striving to organize training courses satisfying the training needs for human resources at the chamber or in the emirate with their different job categories. Through such courses , The Center endeavors to develop the skills, build the abilities and to cope with all the developments which take place in the work environment. Furthermore, the Center never overlooks the social contribution through opening the door for the students to join the different training programs.

Excellent Staff Program :

It is an intensive training program on Ajman emirate level with the objective of raising awareness among the employees about the quality in general and Ajman Award for the Governmental Excellence in particular and to prepare them to enter into the competition environment and to closely be acquainted with the quality international standards and criteria and to adopt such criteria and apply them in a developed manner while carrying out their job duties . The Field Training Program :

We attract the colleges and universities students in the United Arab Emirates for the practical application in the different departments of the Chamber , and to give them the opportunity to acclimatize themselves with their job tasks.

The Volunteering Program "My Opportunity" :

A volunteering program that sponsors the UAE national students and graduates who possess distinguished talents in their academic disciplines which may contribute to developing the personal skills or the skills related to the job or upgrading the work procedures of the employees of the Chamber.

Summer Training Program :

This programs aims at attracting the students for a period of two months during the summer holiday under the motto “Our Summer Is Our Innovation”.
