THE Ajman Chamber of Commerceand Industry launched work to issue new certificates of origin, membership andthe commercial registeraccording to worldwide standard security specifications. This comes as part of the chamber's interest to keep pace with the global developmentin thedocumentaryreleases,in additionto its constant endeavor to providethe bestservices to the customersas a strategic objective. It would contribute tomaintaina sustainable environmentin activation of the chamber's roleto uplift its socialresponsibility. These security specifications of the new certificatesguaranteethat they can not befalsified orduplicated.
Mohammed Al Janahi Assistant Director of Key Services Sector at the chamber said that the initiative to issue these certificates that contribute to the preservation of the environment came under the directives of HE Abdullah Al Muwaiji, Chairman of Ajman Chamber. Al Muwaiji stressed during a seminar provided by Al Tayeb Saeh and Marwan Hareb from the Membership and Transactions Department, on the importance of best use of human talent through employing the ideas and proposals and the need to disseminate the experience of the initiative at various government departments in order to make the fullest benefit of it, Al Janahi said.
He pointed outthatthis initiativeis thecontributionof the chamberto preservea sustainable environment, whereas it reconsidered theuse ofquantitiesof paper, thecombination of a numberof models, reduction of the document's size, dispensing with colorsandgetting the fullest benefit ofthe technical potentials.
This would ensure thecontribution toa sustainable development andsimplification of procedures, as well asdevelopment ofadministrative andtechnicalsystemsthrough application of proposals of the staff so as to fulfill the chamber's visionto establish adistinctenvironmentfor the investors anda global economicinterface.
Al Janahi added that, the Ajman Chamber sought help from the Humaid Bin Rashid Consulting Centre to evaluate the results of the initiative to measure the extent of its contribution to the preservation of the environment. Initially, the initiative will help doing without 90,625 papers of A4 size that saves nearly 87 trees, in addition to reducing the expenses of printing by 94 per cent and dispensing with 6 models that are printed in commercial printing institutions by designing them internally via the electronic system,
It is worth mentioning that it had been contracted with Euro Holographic, a leading company in the production of documents with the standard security specifications for issuance of certificates. |
