Ajman Conciliation and Arbitration Center associated to Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Ain Shams University in cooperation with Ajman University of Science and Technology, With Al Azab for Legal Consultance organize an integrated training program in its third session for the preparation of the arbitrators, entitled "The in-depth course in arbitration", in the period between 30 April to 3 May in Ajman Chamber, this comes from the center attention for the preparation and the rehabilitation of the arbitrators and the development of skills in the legal and technical aspects of the through an integrated theoretical and practical program .
Ajman Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration will choose qualified lecturers with high level extensive experience in the field of trade disputes and a high level in the field of training.
The integrated practical training program aims to the preparation of the arbitrators in its third session, including lawyers, counselors, judges who specialized in considering commercial disputes. In addition, the program aims to train the class of engineers, accountants, legal scholars, and administrators in government sectors and the private sectors, also targets business owners and members of Chambers of Commerce and universities students and graduated students.
The program includes some important points in the arbitration in international trade contracts and construction, including skills of drafting contracts for international trade and its impact on the arbitration clause, negotiations and international trade contracts, and arbitration of investment disputes according to the Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes between UAE and nationals of other countries for the year 1965, and contracts for the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), and arbitration in oil investment contracts disputes, as well as discussing the role of experts in arbitration and the judiciary and other important topics that explain the procedures of arbitration in international trade and construction contracts.
This integrated practical training program will discuss the UNCITRAL Model Law of Arbitration , and the recent trends in the provisions of the Arbitration Center of Washington to resolve investment disputes (ICSID). It is worth mentioning that the integrated practical training program in the preparation of the arbitrators is in its first and the second training program was organized in the Chamber was attended by more than a hundred and twenty participants from different segments, including arbitrators, engineers, judges, university professors and a number of journalists and directors of departments and investors, who have expressed their admiration for the organization and efficiency of the lecturers.
