Mohammed Ali Al Janahi , Director of Membership and Transactions Department of Ajman Chamber stressed that Ajman Chamber’s achievement at the second session of Ajman Excellence Award , of the Membership and Transactions Department winning the first place in the category of Best Government Department , was the result of the collective effort of the chamber’s employees to develop the services and achieve customer satisfaction .
Al Janahi extended his sincere thanks and gratitude to his Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi , Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman , and his Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi , Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Council of Ajman for their continued support to develop institutional work and service departments to provide the best services to investors .
Al Janahi pointed that the Chamber provides services , information and the necessary data for the economic sectors to enable them to perform their activities effectively , and taking their views and ideas into consideration, protecting their rights and resolving any problems that they might face through organizing meetings of the working groups at Ajman chamber.
Al Janahi emphasized on the efforts made by Ajman chamber to introduce the local products and open the markets for these products outside the UAE , and increase commercial exchange and economic cooperation with other countries through participating in local and international exhibitions , as the chamber had participated in several exhibitions .In addition to issuing certificates of origin and other documentations for goods exported or re-exported from the emirate of Ajman after verifying the validity of the data provided to the chamber on these goods .
Al Janahi also mentioned that the chamber prepares studies , research and scientific reports on evaluating the performance of enterprises and economic sectors in the emirate ,and find the appropriate practical solutions to eliminate those problems and obstacles they face , and make the appropriate recommendations based on the results of the mentioned studies and research and reports and submit them to the competent authority .
Director of Membership and Transactions Department underlined the chamber’s keenness to achieve customer satisfaction and offer new services to meet the aspirations of businessmen . It comes from the chamber’s commitment towards its members to provide high value services according to its mission of creating a positive environment for the growth of economic sectors , and in accordance with the chamber’s strategic goal of increasing the customer satisfaction level up to 90% , by developing electronic services through (iphone and ipad)as well as other electronic services currently provided .
Al Janahi added that the new service that was launched last year consists of electronic services package . This electronic services package consists of the commercial and industrial directory of the emirate of Ajman, business sector services , issuance of licenses ,information on regulations and trade laws , dissemination of chamber’s news , events and various economic activities in the emirate .
