The Committee of Commercial Arbitration and Conciliation Center at Ajman Chamber held its monthly meeting at Hamad Bu Shihab hall at the chamber’s headquarters. This meeting comes within the periodic meetings of the committee of the Commercial Arbitration and Conciliation Center at Ajman Chamber .
The meeting was chaired by H.E Abdullah Al Muwaiji , Chairman of Board of Directors at ACCI .
During the meeting , work progress of the center and follow up on the proceedings of the requests filed at the center , related to different disputes were reviewed . As well as the completion of the procedures for accreditation of a number of new arbitrators who submitted application to register in the arbitrators list approved by the center, Where they administered the oath before the members of the committee of Commercial Arbitration and Conciliation Center.
At the end of the meeting , H.E Abdullah Al Muwaiji , Chairman of Board of Directors at Ajman Chamber , extended his thanks and appreciation to the members, stressing on the importance of organizing such meetings periodically and the importance of accelerating the procedures followed in the issues which are under consideration by the center. |
