A cooperation agreement was signed yesterday noon between the (ADICOE) a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi chamber of commerce and industry (ADCCI) and the chamber of commerce and industry of Ajman (ACCI).
The agreement was signed by Prof. Hadi Mohammed El Tigani , the CEO of ADICOE and H.E Nassir Ibrahim Al Dhifri , the assistant general manager of media sector and organisational communication at Ajman Chamber.
The agreement signing ceremony was attended by H.E Huda Al Matrooshi , board chairman of AICOE and board members H.E Ali Al Mansouri ,H.E Abdul Jabbar Al Sayegh and H.E Ali Mousa Al Yaam. The ceremony was also attended by H.E Mohammed Hilal Al Muhairi , Director General of Abu Dhabi Chamber, H.E Mohammed Al Hamrani , Director General of Ajman Chamber , H.E Sheikh Saqr Bin Nassir Al Nu’aimi , H.E Bashayer Al Kumaithi , Deputy Chairman of Strategic Planning and Organisational Excellence and H.E Khawla Al Muhairi , GM of networks department at Ajman Chamber .
The agreement states that AICOE will provide direct training and consultation services to the chamber of Ajman through a number of agreements that will be agreed upon subsequently.
As well as providing consultancy and technical support to improve the internal systems at Ajman Chamber , strategic services and local and global standards that supports the chamber in participating at the local excellence awards.
System Development
Cooperation in regard of implementing the integrated system of the services provided by the ADICOE which includes professional masters and professional diploma in organisational excellence ,
Human resources development programs , development o f technical land management systems ,self assessment , benchmarking services , exchange of knowledge and expertise in the field of organisational excellence as well as the exchange of views and consultations to support the efforts of modernisation and organisational development for both sides .
In addition to the cooperation in the field of research and innovation ,and other common fields between both organisation.
The agreement also states that a branch of ADICOE will be opened at Ajman Chamber and it will aim at providing all the services of ADICOE to Ajman and the northern emirates . The Chamber of Ajman
Will provide marketing and promotion of the services of ADICOE in Ajman and the northern emirates. The services include training and consultancy services , accreditation services , and executive leadership programs .
Fully equipped training halls will be provided for the training programs by the Chamber of Ajman .
In the meanwhile ADICOE will appoint a chairman for its branch at the Chamber to coordinate and execute all the services in Ajman and the rest of the emirates .
Collaboration Grounds
H.E Huda Al matrooshi , Chairman of the Board of Directors at ADICOE confirmed that signing this agreement with Ajman Chamber comes within the framework of the ADICOE strive to expand the access of its services throughout the UAE .
ADICOE aims at expanding its collaboration with public and private sectors , as well as supporting the development of capabilities , exchange of expertise , transfer of best practices in the field of quality and organisational excellence and all aspects of administrative work.
On his part ,Prof. Hadi El Tigani , CEO of ADICOE said that the Abu Dhabi International centre of Organisational Excellence will provide support for the business and activities of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) and its members particularly in the field of quality and organisational excellence .
H.E Prof. Hadi El Tigani confirms that this branch of ADICOE which will be opened in Ajman will provide specialized services in comprehensive quality management , organisational excellence training and consultation that aims at formulating methods that focus on the improvement of the outcome and performance of individuals and organisations
H.E Prof. Hadi El Tigani also mentioned that this branch of ADICOE in Ajman will provide consultancy services , training and development services , human resources development service , benchmarking programs , research and innovation , organisational excellence programs and CSR.
H.E Prof. El Tigani assured that signing this agreement came as a result of the continuous professional achievements of ADICOE in the past three years . As ADICOE was able to train thousands of staff members in the field of quality and organisational excellence in the public and private sectors in the UAE and in a number of arab countries.
