The Conciliation and Arbitration Center of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry convened its monthly meeting in Hamad Bu Shihab Hall in the chamber , the meeting was chaired by Mohammed Rashid Al Suwaidi, Vice President of the Center, this meeting comes within the regular meetings of the center.
The meeting reviewed the progress of work in some of the issues presented before the arbitrators, of which there were 28 cases, and some of the regulatory measures adopted by the Centre has been discussed and some modifications were carried in order to facilitate the acceptance of requests from customers and shorten the time required.
Then reviewed a number of applications submitted by some legal practitioners in the field of arbitration as arbitrators to join in the new center.
At the end of meeting, Al Siwaidi the Vice-President of the Center presented his thanks and appreciation to the members, pointing to the importance of organizing such meetings periodically to document the works of the center and follow up the same continuously.
