Members of the Conciliation & Arbitration Committee Of Ajman Chamber held a meeting to consider some of the matters coming under its jurisdiction, the most important of which are the cases received by the Chamber.
The meeting, chaired by Mr. Obeid Al-Muhairi Chairman of the Chamber, was attended by Mr. Mohammed Rashid Al-Suwaidi, Dr. Ali Al-Hudaithi, Dr. Osama Al-Nashef, Dr. Fawzi Mohammed Sami, Mr. Mohammed Al-Hamrani and Mr. Ahmed Al-Muwaije'.
The Committee members discussed various topics including establishment of arbitrators' appointment mechanism, estimation of the fees for each case according to the efforts they will exert and the heavy responsibility they will be shouldering, the things which will be reflected on their performance and awards.
Further, the members discussed the arbitration process steps, and applying all the procedures required for this process, such as collection of registration fees at the Conciliation & Arbitration Center. On the other hand, the members noted the necessity to establish a certain identified agreed upon scientific mechanism for the appointment of new Committee members, among those satisfying the criteria established under the Emiri Decree forming this Committee , which is anticipated to realize many achievements, particularly in light of the comprehensive development boom Ajman Emirate is still witnessing on all levels, and the various challenges it is facing under the leadership of H.H. Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al-Nuaimi, member of The Supreme Council ,Ruler of Aajman, and his Crown Prince, H.H. Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al-Nuaimi, Chairman of the Executive Council, who, on each occasion, stress the necessity to guarantee the rights of all the business activities in the Emirate, and to provide all the facilities necessary to assist in the success of their projects, so that Ajman will always remain an economic attraction hub satisfying all the businessmen, investors, competent people, experts and everybody working therein.
