The Training Center of Ajman Chamber Of Commerce & Industry organized series of visits to some government departments and agencies in Ajman within the framework of its communication plan with the officials of such departments to give them an orientation about the courses the Chamber is providing for their employees under its training programs in coordination and integration with the Emirates Academy branch recently established by the Chamber.
Aysha Abdul Rahman , chairman of the Training & Development Center of the Chamber , said " The purpose of these visits is to orient the national employees working in various government departments in Ajman about the specialized training opportunities offered by the Chamber for the development of the national cadres as well as upgrading the skills of all the employees in line with their professional requirements , their job descriptions , and workplace environments . Furthermore , some of these courses include qualifying the national fresh graduates through conducting training courses that qualify them for smooth entry in and integration with the labor market , and to supply them with the basic knowledge for the active interaction with the various business activities and employers in both public and private sectors ".
Mr. Mohammed Balhamer , Director of Ajman Emirates Academy Branch, confirmed that the training plan of the Academy in Ajman , in its medium term , aims at developing the skills of the national cadres in various disciplines , and preparing them to occupy various kinds of jobs and positions , for the realization of emirate's plan in emiratization of jobs and involving the national manpower in the economic and development process in the UAE.
In conclusion , Aysha Abdul Rahman urged all the employees not to hesitate to benefit from these courses for the ongoing development of their professional and career potentials , and to enhance their competitive capabilities ,not only in the governmental sector , but all over the UAE labor market in general. |
