Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry has renewed the certificate of ISO 9001 in Quality Management from the International Organization for Standardization, after evaluation and periodic audit has been taken to make sure they meet the 20 terms of quality requirement . Such renewal is a translation of the slogan had been usually raised by the chamber since it gained ISO certification in 2003 and based on excellence in quality management and harnessing the full potential of human and financial, technical and logistics for the betterment of the level of services provided to customers and raising the productivity and satisfaction, and motivational to all employees of the chamber and involve them all in the planning, implementation and follow-up initiative, and that through continuous training on the latest international practices in quality management and customer service in accordance through an internationally documented and adopted quality system .
Commenting on this achievement, HE Mohammed Abdullah Alhamrani, General Manager of the chamber said : "We are pleased with this renewal and consider it testimony to us and to our customers that we are moving in the right direction. We will continue to develop our activities and raise the level of all processes affecting the quality of our products and services to our customers inside and outside the country. We do not consider obtaining this certificate is an end in itself, but rather a means of helping us to achieve our ten strategic objectives among which comes to increase the quality, effectiveness and productivity at the lowest internal cost through the rationalization of the use of the potential resources of the chamber in terms of materials and staff time and promoting a culture of initiative and participation in decision- resolution. namely, the principles and behaviors we seek to consolidate and make it a reality to all members of the chamber whether they are superiors or subordinates, and all the stake holders of the chamber and its clientele, and a contribution to the sustainable economic development of the Emirate and to implement the vision of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, the emirate a pilgrimage site for business and a magnet for all investors and researchers for excellent products and services and high quality. and the continous follow-up of HH Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince and Chairman of the Executive Board and his keenness to provide all facilities to investors in the emirate of Ajman.
Mohamed Alhamrani said that the Chamber is fully aware of the value of this certification its testimony, philosophy and seeks therefore to be translated on the ground of the overall system integration for the management of quality to serve the chamber and not vice versa, in addition to the contribution of this system to link all the sections of the chamber which leads to success.
Finally, Alhamrani said : This renewal is an added value to the companies started in the chamber as well as it enhances the competitiveness of its services in the regional market and international, and it carries the additional responsibility at the same time to ensure the manufacture of quality products and world-class, thus boosting the economic landscape in the emirate as wll as in the state and raise the level of growth. |
