Within the framework of its commitment to strengthen the relationship with government bodies and the scientific and academic institutions in the country and in line with its strategic objectives and actions that always heading towards development and excellence and create clear channels for the exchange of experiences and knowledge and upgrading of services and efficiency and to deepen the common interest for the benefit and the good of both sides, Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry signed a cooperation agreement with the British University in Dubai yesterday. The signing was attended by HE Obaid Ali Al Muhairi, Chairman of the chamber and Mohammed Abdullah Alhamrani, Director General of the Chamber, with the university attended by HE Dr. Abdullah Al Shamsi, director of the university and a number of officials from the university.
Obaid Al Muhairi, Chairman of the Chamber, said this agreement comes within the framework of the concerted efforts among the parties to achieve community participation that targeting the path of sustainable development of society, considering this step to integrate with the quest of the chamber for cooperation with universities, scientific institutions, leading to secure the best expertise and modern technology application and use , as well as to introduce the students and train them in the latest technology in the chamber and the exchange of scientific services, training and advisory expertise and competencies between the two sides through the training of students of the British University in Ajman chamber facilities and the establishment of training courses for them. Obaid Al Muhairi also stated that the chamber has community orientations, it is utilizing all its resources to serve the business community, men and women and the academic and scientific communities. |
