HE Obaid Ali Muhairi Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ajman Chamber confirmed that the emirate of Ajman is making a significant development in the area of coping with the economic rise of the emirate, under the patronage care and attention of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman the matter which encouraged Ajman Chamber of Commerce to intensify their efforts to keep pace with developments on economic arena and to benefit from the expertise and attract investments to the emirate , all that was stated during the first meeting of the Board of Directors of The Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ajman in 2010.
HE Mohammed Abdullah Alhamrani the Director General of the chamber explained after the meeting that the council was briefed about the topics on the agenda where the board members approved the minutes of the meeting No. (3) for the year 2009, also endorsed the final accounts and financial statements of the Chamber for the year 2009 and added that the Council was briefed on the financial position of the chamber from the date of 1/1/2010 to 28/2/2010.
A list of the projects of the strategic plan for 201 were presented , which included the development projects and projects serving the electronic transformation of the Chamber services also discussed the proposed Business Forum 2010 to be held next May.
Alhamrani stated that the Chamber's plan for 2010 includes the development and activation of the different activities of the chamber, which aims to provide excellent services to its members whereas the chamber was keen to diversify such activities and initiatives which are aimed at dealing with all sectors of the chamber. The board members praised the achievements of the Chamber during the last year, which resulted in the victory of the chamber by the award of government excels of the emirate of Ajman on the standard policy, strategy and he commended the Department's proposals on the action plan of the chamber and the aspirations for the future to coup with the development and excellence, and adhering to the desired performance improvement and activate its role in expanding the base of services to its clients and all business sectors in the Emirate of Ajman. |
