Location : Geographically speaking, Ajman Emirate is situated in the middle of the United Arab Emirates, comprising three geographical territories being different in terms of indentations and their nearness or farness from the Gulf coast. The following territories encompass Ajman City, Masfout Territory, and Manama territory.
Climate : The climate in Ajman emirate is usually moderate, where temperature and humidity go up from 35 to 40 Centigrade in summer; while it is very fine in winter where temperature finely goes down to 18 Centigrade .
Area : Ajman Area is approximately 260 Square Kilometers
Population : approximately 212 thousand people.

Ajman City : Ajman city is the capital of Ajman emirate, and its main administrative and business center, encompassing the ruler’s court, governmental departments, companies, banks, and factories. Its sea port lies on the Arabian Gulf coast. Thanks to this strategic location on the crossroads between the emirates of the UAE, and thanks to the achievements Ajman emirate has made in the economic field including the modern and state-of-art infrastructure, Ajman city has become an attractive hub for investments and capitals putting it in the third place among the UAE emirates in terms of the number of industrial plants and facilities constructed on it.
Masfout Territory : This territory lies on the mountainous area of Ajman emirate, comprising Masfout city, and Mzaira’ and AL Sbaigha towns where the area is charming with its beautiful nature and its mountain ranges reaching Sultanate of Oman, with valleys of fertile soil and surface water available summer and winter making it one of the most beautiful agricultural and tourist areas in Ajman emirate.
Manama Territory : The territory encompasses many areas famous for agriculture such as Mansit Valley area, Yaee Nakheel Vallye, and Naseem Area
Economy in Ajman : Since old times, Ajman’s economy has relied on fishing and trading, which have contributed much to Ajman putting it on a distinguished position among all the emirates of the UAE. Ajman Emirate has uniquely enjoyed many economic factors which have given important impetus to the industrial sector in particular and other sectors in general, where it encompasses 550 plants and factories with investments value reaching approximately AED 1497 millions. It has the biggest group of textile industries. The total number of licenses registered in Ajman has reached 20049. Ajman Emirate has witnessed huge development over the past few years, wherein urban boom and development features have appeared through distinction and achievement.
In general, Ajman emirate shores are among the cleanest shores in the UAE, thanks to being free from pollution , far from sea ports, and thanks to government’s continued care and services.
