The Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Center of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry , and in cooperation with Ajman University of Science and Technology , organizes the integrated practical training program for the preparation of arbitrators in its second session , in the period between 6 to 8 Feb. 2012 at the Chamber’s head quarters.

The Department of Commercial Affairs at Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a football championship for Ajman Hotel Business Group . This event comes as an activation of the community role carried out by the Chamber’s management . It aims to activate the links between institutions of the public and the private sectors in the emirate of Ajman .

H.E Mohammed Al Janahi , Director of Membership and Transactions Department of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and industry confirmed the rise in membership during the last year , as the total number of memberships have reached to 23,915 members , an increased growth rate of 32% higher than the previous year .

Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized the first weekly economic panel discussion for the employees , at Hamad Bu Shahab hall at the Chamber’s HQ. The panel discussion was under the title “ GCC Common Market “ and it was attended by H.E Abdullah Al Muwaiji , Chairman of Board of Directors of Ajman Chamber , and H.E Salim Al Suwaidi , Acting Director General of Ajman Chamber. It was also attended by the Chamber’s assistant directors, heads of departments and heads of sections.

The Committee of Commercial Arbitration and Conciliation Center at Ajman Chamber held its monthly meeting at Hamad Bu Shihab hall at the chamber’s headquarters. This meeting comes within the periodic meetings of the committee of the Commercial Arbitration and Conciliation Center at Ajman Chamber .

Ajman Chamber Of Commerce and Industry and Ajman University of Science and Technology reaffirmed the importance of joint cooperation between them during a visit to Ajman University paid by a delegation from Ajman Chamber.

Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry has taken pioneering steps towards its Emiratization policy , where the percentage of Emirati employees , of both genders , has reached to 87% of the total workforce at Ajman Chamber .

At a luncheon ceremony and in the presence of Ajman Chamber’s board members , directors and heads of department, H.E Abdullah Al Muwaiji , Chairman of Board of Directors at Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, honored the Secretary –General of Ajman Award for Excellence in Government Performance and the employees of Ajman Chamber for their outstanding efforts that contributed to achieving the second place at the Ajman Award for Excellence in Government Performance in the category of Distinguished Government Entity . The membership and transaction department of Ajman Chamber achieved the first place at the award , in its second round , for the best government department category .

An introductory meeting was held yesterday at the headquarters of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry between Ajman Business Women Council and a delegation of the Australian Businesswomen , led by Dr. Fiona Hill and a number of leading women entrepreneurs in Australia .

H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman conferred "Ajman Award Shield for Government Excellence "on the winners in the second evaluation session for 2011
