The Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry has signed a cooperation agreement with Ajman University of Science & Technology (AUST). The signing ceremony was held in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the presence of Mr. Obaid Ali Al-Muhairi, Chairman of the Chamber, Mohammed Abdullah Al-Hamarani, Director of the Chamber, and, on the University’s side, Mr. Thamer Saeed Salman, Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Ahmad Ankit, Vice President for External Relations and Cultural Affairs, Dr. Basheer Shehadah, Vice President for Follow-up and Development, Dr. Mohammed Al-Shami, Dean, College of Business Administration, Dr. Zin Al Abidine Rizq, Dean, Institute of Environment, Water and Energy, Dr. Omar Atef, Dean, College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and a number of other university officials.

Mohamed Al Janahi, Director of Membership and transactions in the Ajman Chamber, confirmed that the chamber is keen to extend bridges of cooperation and communication with other chambers of commerce and various institutions in the state in order to promote work and benefit from shared experiences

HE Obaid Al Muhairi , Chairman of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry , received His Excellency Yahya bin Abdul-Jabbar, the Ambassador of Malaysia to the State and His Excellency ZULKIFLI Bin Mahmoud the Commercial Attaché of Malaysia in the state and the meeting was attended by HE Mohammed Abdullah Al Hamrani, the Director General of the Chamber and a number of chamber’s staff , in order and to strengthen the economic, trade and tourism relations between the Emirate of Ajman and , Malaysia, this visit aims to identify the most prominent features of investment in the Emirate of Ajman.

Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry has Excelled in the results of a questionnaire about satisfaction of the employees carried out by Ajman Excellence Program in collaboration with the Theme for Continuing Education and Community Service at the University of Sharjah within a satisfaction survey among employees and customers in the Emirate of Ajman, whereas "the Chamber " scored the first rank in satisfaction of the employees by an average of 4.39 out of 5.0 at a percentage of 85%, also the Chamber got the second rank in the overall rate of customer satisfaction by an average of 4.34 and a percentage reached 83%.

In the context of economic cooperation, which Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry seeks to achieve, HE Obaid Ali Al Muhairi, Chairman of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Received His Excellency Barack Kew - Oak. Consul General of the Republic of Korea to the State, the meeting was attended by Mohammed Al Hamrani, Director General of Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Al Dhaffari the Assistant Director for Media and Public Relations in order to enhance economic and trade relations and tourism between the Emirate of Ajman and Korea, this visit aims to consult on the most prominent features of investment in the Emirate of Ajman .

Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry will during the last quarter of this year, organize “Ajman Economic Forum" which will survive the participation of speakers from different countries of the world where this forum will discuss the most important issues in the economic arena and will present solutions to businessmen and investors through the recommendations that will result from the forum.

The Ministry of Environment and Water organized events as part of its campaign , " UAE free of plastic bags" and in cooperation with the Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized a lecture to educate staff and workers of the chamber by the dangers of plastic and the lecture was delivered by Eng Omran Al-Shehhi Environmental Researcher in the Ministry of the Environment and Water

In cooperation with Ministry of Economy, Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry hosted an introductory forum on Companies Law. The forum was run by Ali Al Husani, director of commercial registration department at the ministry. From ACCI, H.E. Obaid Bin Ali AL Muhairi, ACCI Chairman, Mohamed AL Hamrani, Director General of ACCI, and a number of ACCI staff and employees as well as many other representatives of public stock companies and businessmen attended the forum.

Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry Witnessed the proceedings of the elections of the board of Ajman businesswomen in its second session 2010/2011 in the main building of the Chamber. The elections resulted in victory of engineer Aisha Bent Bader as the president of the council and Dr Amna Khalifa, as the first deputy president , Rima Shurafa as the secretary-general, the Council encloded Fatima Jassim, Aicha kajour , Mariam Al Shurafa and Fatima Almsavri , Sara Ahmed Ibrahim

A delegation from Ajman Chamber of Commerce and Industry visited the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Sultanate of Oman, where the delegation was composed of both Nasser Al Dhafri Assistant Director General for Media and public relations and Marwan Al Muhairi, Director of the Department of Commercial Affairs and both Aisha Abdel Rahman and Aabir Faraj from the Training Center of Ajman Chamber .
